CARLSBAD,
Calif.--(BUSINESS
WIRE)--April 1,
2008--Robert Brehm,
acting CEO of Sub
Surface Waste Management
of Delaware, Inc. (Pink
Sheets:
SSWM -
News), announced
that under its new
organizational structure
and business mandate,
the company will focus
its efforts on the
licensing and sale of
its microbial technology
and the acquisition of
businesses with positive
cash flow and asset
appreciation potential.
In line with these
changes, the company has
entered into teaming
agreements to jointly
market manufacturing,
resale and use licenses
of its proprietary and
patented microbial
technology to
third-party licensees
for agricultural, waste
optimization, and
bio-remediation
applications. To further
focus its efforts, the
company has also
rescinded the
acquisition of Quick
Quarters Kentucky, Inc.
as the transaction did
not conform to the terms
and conditions as
originally agreed.
To help in its licensing
effort, SSWM has entered
into teaming agreements
with several new joint
marketing partners
including EversTech,
LLC, Sphaera
International
Partnerships and an
investment brokerage
company. The new
relationships will
jointly market the
licensing of the
technology and have
identified interested
parties in South
America, United Kingdom,
USA, and the Middle
East.
Brehm commented,
“SSWM
is focused on developing
licensing revenue from
its patented and
proprietary technology
and finding profitable
new business
acquisitions. With a
rich history of field
applications in
agriculture growth
enhancement, fuel crop
yield increases, ethanol
waste stream
optimization, animal
waste treatment,
hydrocarbon remediation
and many others as well
as a general worldwide
interest for natural
solutions to pressing
world food and
contamination problems,
I believe we have a
timely opportunity to
help others solve their
problems using our
technology and know-how.
We have made a
significant investment
in the technology and
its development and we
are now marketing its
use to prospects around
the globe.”
